Meteor Jakarta - Three houses in Jalan Delima VI Gg 2 RT 1.5, Malakasari, East Jakarta, Thursday (4/29/2010), at around 16:30 pm was heavily damaged after the fall of foreign bodies. Suspected causes of damage that make noise like an explosion that is a foreign object falling from the sky.

The explosion destroyed the house owned by the couple Sudarmojo (70) and Sri Wahyuningsih (68). Two-story house that was most severely damaged. Collapsed roof to bottom. Some parts looked like a burn, such as bookshelves and seating.

* 3 eggs, divided

* 6 tablespoons sugar, divided

* 2 cups flour

* 1 tablespoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon salt

* Zest of 1 orange, finely chopped

* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 2 cups milk

* 2 mangoes, cheeks sliced off, peeled and cut into thick slices

Resep - Whisk the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, orange zest and vanilla, and then add the milk slowly, ensuring there are no lumps. Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar until they form stiff peaks, and carefully fold them into the batter. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, and lightly coat with butter or olive oil. Pour batter into the pan by the scant 1/4 cup. Moderate the heat so that the pancakes reach the desired level of browning when small bubbles have started to form over the uncooked surface of the pancake. Flip pancakes once and continue cooking until the bottom reaches desired doneness and the pancake looks fluffy.

Makes about 12 pancakes.

Orange Blossom Clotted Cream

* 1 cup cream

* 1/4 cup sour cream

* 2 tablespoons mild-flavored honey

* Zest of one orange, finely grated

* 1 teaspoon orange blossom water

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and very slowly bring them to the boil. As soon as the cream boils, lower the heat and keep it at a low simmer for 5 minutes. Tip it into a glass bowl and leave it overnight, outside the fridge, wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. Then place in fridge and chill before using. Don't worry if the mixture doesn't seem terribly thick when you unwrap it, it will thicken up more in the fridge.

Makes about 11/2 cups cream.

Helm SNI - Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya mulai Senin (12/4) menggelar operasi Simpatik Jaya 2010. Ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran lalu lintas, di antaranya, polisi akan menindak helm non-SNI.

Helm SNI - Tujuan besar Operasi Simpatik Jaya 2010 juga meraih simpatik masyarakat sebagai ajang penilaian petugas untuk lebih berlomba mendapatkan prestasi. Selain menindak helm non-SNI, polantas juga akan lebih tegas menindak aksi pengguna jalan yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas (laka lantas).

"Potensi-potensi yang dinilai sangat mendukung terjadinya laka lantas seperti sepeda motor yang melawan arus, pengendara sepeda motor yang tidak menggunakan helam yang sudah disesuaikan standard keamanan dan angkutan umum yang berhenti tidak pada tempatnya," ungkap Direktur Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Condro Kirono seperti diinformasikan Traffic Management Center (TMC).

Diingatkan Condro, melalui operasi ini diharapkan petugas akan dapat meraih simpatik dari masyarakat melalui penegakan hukum. "Caranya adalah tidak lagi ada kompromi," tegasnya.

Operasi Simpatik Jaya akan berlangsung hingga 1 Mei 2010 mendatang dengan didukung 2.300 personel yang dikerahkan.

Helm SNI

Helm SNI - Pengendara sepeda motor di Tanjungpinang, ibukota Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, umumnya belum menaati kewajiban memakai helm berakreditasi Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).

"Penggunaan helm SNI meski diwajibkan Undang-Undang No 22/2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, memerlukan sosialisasi dan rentang waktu panjang sebelum ditaati semua pengendara sepeda motor," kata Kepala Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Resor Kota Tanjungpinang, AKP Sigit Adi, di Tanjungpinang, Jumat.

Menurut dia, kepolisian belum memaksakan pemakaian helm ber-SNI, melainkan masih menekankan pada pemakaian helm ganda bagi yang berboncengan.

"Bila pengendara memakai helm ganda saja, kami sudah sangat berterimakasih," ujarnya.

Kewajiban memakai helm SNI akan disosialisasikan kepolisan agar masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang menyadari bahwa topi pelindung itu lebih menjamin keamanan daripada helm bisa saat terjadi kecelakaan.

Menurut dia, kepolisan juga memahami bahwa warga masyarakat terkendala harga helm ber-SNI yang lebih mahal ketimbang helm biasa.

Saat ini sebagian besar pengendara motor di Tanjungpinang menggunakan helm karena takut kepada polisi, bukan dilandasi kesadaran untuk menjaga keamanan sendiri.

"Terkadang pengendara motor memakai helm karena melihat petugas di persimpangan jalan. Setelah jauh helm dibuka lagi," ujarnya.

Padahal menurut Sigit, tingkat kecelakaan pengendara sepeda motor di Tanjungpinang cukup tinggi dan sudah banyak merenggut korban jiwa akibat tidak menggunakan helm.

"Dari Januari sampai Maret 2010 sudah terdapat 12 kali kecelakaan pengendara motor. Korban yang meninggal dunia delapan orang," tambahnya.

Selain terus mensosialisasikan penggunaan helm SNI tersebut, Satlantas Polresta Tanjungpinang saat ini juga memasang pasal yang m UU Lalu Lintas di dekat lampu pengatur lalu lintas agar pengguna jalan menyadarinya.

"Sudah ada pengendara yang menyadari aturan, namun masih banyak yang melanggar," ujarnya.

Pusat Gempa Aceh

Gempa Aceh  berkekuatan 7,2 skala Richter mengguncang wilayah Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) pada pukul 05.15 WIB tadi. Menurut data dari Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika titik pusat gempa terdapat pada 2.33 LU - 97.02 BT dan berada di kedalaman 34 kilometer.

Pusat gempa itu berada pada 75 kilometer sebelah tenggara Sinabang (Pulau Simeuleu) atau 85 kilometer sebelah barat laut Singkilbaru, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam. Sampai saat ini, Badan Meterologii Klimatologi dan Geofisika masih menetapkan gempa berpotensi menimbulkan gelombang tsunami.

Tak lama berselang dari gempa itu, dua gempa susulan terjadi. Gempa susulan pertama terjadi pukul 05.26 WIB dengan kekuatan 5,1 skala Richter. Gempa terjadi di 2.30 LU - 96.87 BT 24 atau 60 Km Tenggara Sinabang, Aceh dengan kedalaman 24 kilometer.

Adapun, gempa susulan kedua terjadi pada pukul 05.28 dengan kekuatan 5,0 skala Richter. Titik pusat gempa berada tidak jauh dari gempa susulan pertama dengan kedalaman 10 kilometer. Kedua gempa ini tidak berpotensi menimbulkan gelombang tsunami.

Gempa juga kembali terjadi pada sekitar pukul 05.54 WIB di area yang sama dengan gempa yang paling pertama terjadi. Gempa terjadi pada 77 kilometer barat laut Singkilbaru, Aceh dengan kekuatan 5.0 skala Richter. Gempa ini juga dinyatakan tidak berpotensi tsunami oleh BMKG.

Saya sudah bertahun-tahun jadi tidak sulit untuk mengikuti koreo, jadi saya bisa bilang kalau dia hebat juga bisa nguber, dalam tiga sampai empat hari saja sudah sangat signifikan perkembangannya. Saya kagum sekali sama dia,” kata Ridho.

Namun saat ditanya lebih jauh lagi perihal kedekatan mereka yang terkesan seperti sepasang kekasih, Ridho mengaku kedekatan dengan kakak kandung Julie Estelle itu hanya sebatas rekan kerja biasa. “Kita dekat secara profesional.
